Circular 01/2022/TT-BKHCN Amending and Supplementing Circular No. 07/2018/TT-BKHCN and Circular No. 08/2019/TT-BKHCN of the Minister of Science and Technology

The Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) has recently issued Circular No. 01/2022/TT-BKHCN on amending and supplementing several articles of Circular No. 07/2018/TT-BKHCN dated June 06, 2018, and Circular No. 08/2019/TT-BKHCN dated September 25, 2019, issued by the Minister of Science and Technology.

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 32/2021/QH dated November 12, 2021, of the National Assembly on the socio-economic development plan for 2022;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 01, 2007, of the Government detailing the implementation of several articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations and Decree No. 87/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018, of the Government on amending and supplementing several articles of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 01, 2007, of the Government detailing the implementation of several articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

The Minister of Science and Technology hereby promulgates the Circular on amending and supplementing several articles of Circular No. 07/2018/TT-BKHCN dated June 06, 2018, and Circular No. 08/2019/TT-BKHCN dated September 25, 2019, issued by the Minister of Science and Technology.
