Phuc Gia® is one of the organizations designated by the Ministry of Industry and Trade as an Energy Efficiency Testing Laboratory, providing energy label certification services, in accordance with the Registration Certificate for Energy Efficiency Testing No. 986/GCN-BCT. Accordingly, Phuc Gia will directly conduct energy efficiency testing operation for Induction Hobs according to TCVN 13372:2021.

Energy Efficiency Test Report for Induction Hobs

Scope of Application:

In accordance with Decision No. 14/2023/QĐ-TTg, Appendix I stipulates the energy efficiency testing standard for induction hobs: TCVN 13372:2021 on Induction hobs – Energy efficiency.

Quoting from Section 1 (Scope of Application) of TCVN 13372:2021, this standard specifies “the minimum energy efficiency level and the method for determining the energy consumption of electric induction hobs” for household purposes. Appliances within this scope may be built-in or designed to be placed on a work surface, and may include other types of cooking zones, for example, radiant cooking zones. The hob may also be part of a range cooker.

Energy Efficiency Requirements:

According to Section 4 of TCVN 13372:2021, the energy consumption of the hob, Ehob, is specified to be less than or equal to 210 Wh.

Note: The Energy Efficiency Test Report for Induction Hobs must, at a minimum, contain the information stipulated in Appendix E of TCVN 12218-2:2018 (IEC 60350-2:2017).
