According to the regulations of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Floodlight products falling under QCVN 19:2019/BKHCN must undergo testing procedures, conformity certification, and/or conformity announcement, and be labeled with the conformity mark (CR mark) before being circulated on the market.

1. What is a Floodlight?

A Floodlight is a luminaire designed to project an extremely intense beam of light.

2. Scope of Application for Floodlights under QCVN 19:2019/BKHCN

This standard specifies requirements for floodlights used with incandescent lamps, tubular fluorescent lamps, and other electric lamps with a supply voltage not exceeding 1000V. This standard is applied in conjunction with the relevant sections of IEC 60598-1 to which it refers.
