According to the regulations of the Ministry of Science and Technology, products classified as Ground recessed luminaires under QCVN 19:2019/BKHCN must undergo procedures for Testing, Certification of Conformity, and/or Declaration of Conformity, and must be labeled with the conformity mark before being placed on the market.

Luminaires suitable for installation in the ground, having supply connections and components located below the ground level.

2. What is the scope of application for Ground Recessed Luminaires under QCVN 19:2019/BKHCN?

Ground recessed luminaires incorporating electric light sources for operation with supply voltages up to 1000 V, for indoor and outdoor use, for example: in gardens, yards, driveways, parking lots, cycle tracks, footways, pedestrian areas, areas outside swimming pools with safety extra low voltage (SELV), nurseries, and similar applications.
