Law on Network Information Security 2015

The Law on Network Information Security 2015 (Law No. 86/2015/QH13) was enacted by the National Assembly on November 19, 2015, and officially took effect on July 1, 2016. This Law regulates contents related to ensuring network information security; regulations on civil cryptography; systems of standards and technical regulations; business activities and human resource development in the field of network information security; as well as state management for this sector.
