Phuc Gia Laboratory Corporation provides technical services in the fields of standards, metrology, and quality to serve the state management’s requirements in these areas. We also provide related technical services as requested by organizations and individuals.

3. SCOPES OF OPERATION

Phuc Gia Laboratory Corporation carries out activities related to providing technical services in the fields of Standards, Metrology, and Quality. These services meet the state management requirements of Ministries, Departments, and Agencies; and address the technical needs of organizations and enterprises to enhance product quality and safety, and protect consumer rights through activities such as product quality and safety testing.

Phuc Gia Laboratory Corporation always focuses on updating, upgrading, and improving its laboratory system with the goal of providing highly reliable product quality testing, analysis, and certification services. These services are designed to meet the most stringent conditions of applicable standards, ensuring conformity in terms of capability and testing environment across a wide range of fields:

4. QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Quality Management System of Phuc Gia Testing and Inspection Center (Phuc Gia Lab) complies with the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard, with accredited management systems for each specific field of activity.

On April 22, 2019, Phuc Gia Testing and Inspection Center was accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by the Bureau of Accreditation (BoA) – Ministry of Science and Technology, with accreditation number VILAS 1212 under Decision No. 265.2019/QĐ-VPCNCL.
Updating and expanding the scope of accreditation, on May 11, 2022, Phuc Gia Testing and Inspection Center was accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by the Bureau of Accreditation (BoA) – Ministry of Science and Technology, with accreditation number VILAS 1212 under Decision No. 450.2022/QĐ-VPCNCL.
On August 18, 2020, Phuc Gia Testing and Inspection Center was accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by the Vietnam Accreditation Institute (VACI) with accreditation number VALAS 09.
On September 06, 2021, Phuc Gia Testing and Inspection Center was accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by the Accreditation Office for Standards Conformity Assessment Capacity (AOSC) with accreditation number VLAT 1.0388.
On August 17, 2022, Phuc Gia Testing and Inspection Center received the Accreditation Certificate issued by the Vietnam Accreditation Institute (VACI) recognizing Phuc Gia Laboratory under Phuc Gia Laboratory Corporation as compliant with ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
On June 10, 2024, the Accreditation Office for Standards Conformity Assessment Capacity (AOSC), under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, officially granted the accreditation certificate to Phuc Gia Testing and Inspection Center for meeting ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards (ID: VLAT-1.0388), affirming international testing competence in Electrical – Electronics and Mechanical fields.
On May 27, 2025, the Bureau of Accreditation (BoA) under the National Commission for Standards, Metrology and Quality – Ministry of Science and Technology issued Decision No. 1421/QĐ-VPCNCLQG and the Accreditation Certificate for Phuc Gia Testing and Inspection Center in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017, with the scope of accreditation as detailed in the attached Appendix (expanding to include numerous tests for various product categories).

The Quality Management System of Phuc Gia Certification Center (Phuc Gia Cert) complies with the ISO/IEC 17065:2012 standard based on each field of activity.
