1) Mandatory timeline for businesses to perform Safety Testing for Hair Dryers in Vietnam according to QCVN 4:2009/BKHCN
Pursuant to Circular No. 21/2009/TT-BKHCN – QCVN 4:2009/BKHCN/SĐ01:2016 on Safety for electrical and electronic equipment.
- Since June 1, 2010, electrical and electronic devices from number 1 to number 6 specified in the Appendix of the National technical regulation on safety for electrical and electronic equipment may only be circulated on the market after they have been certified for conformity, affixed with the CR mark, and registered for quality dossiers as regulated.
