The Ministry of Science and Technology Designates Phuc Gia Lab for EMC Testing According to QCVN 09:2012/BKHCN (No. 3206/TĐC-HCHQ-2021)

On October 28, 2021, the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality – Ministry of Science and Technology issued the Registration Certificate for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing operations, supplementing testing activities for multi-sector synthesis in the electrical and electronic field for products, goods, and corresponding tests as detailed in the appendix attached to Certificate No. 3206/TĐC-HCHQ for the following products:

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) for household and similar electrical and electronic equipment using a 1-phase power supply; rated input current limit ≤ 32A for products: Instantaneous water heaters, Washing machines/ Clothes dryers, Microwave ovens,

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) for LED lighting products: LED lamps/ Self-ballasted lamps and lighting equipment,

Electromagnetic immunity for products: General lighting equipment,

Electrical safety for LED lighting products: Fixed general-purpose luminaires, surface-mounted – recessed-mounted, Road and street lighting luminaires, Portable general-purpose luminaires, Floodlights, Self-ballasted LED lamps for general lighting services operating at voltages greater than 50V, Double-capped LED lamps designed to replace linear fluorescent lamps,

Photobiological safety of lamps and lamp systems: Irradiance measurements (Broadband irradiance and spectral irradiance), Radiance measurements (Broadband radiance and spectral radiance), Blue light hazard for light sources and luminaires.
