QCVN 19:2019/MOST is compiled by the Drafting board of the National Technical Regulation on LED Lighting Products, the General Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality is submitted for approval and is issued according to Circular No. 08/2019/MIC September 25th, 2019, of the Minister of Science and Technology (MOST).
Follow the Circular No. 08/2019/MIC:
From June 1st, 2020, domestic manufactured and imported products specified in the Appendix issued together with QCVN 19:2019/MOST must meet the requirements on safety and limit of electromagnetic interference. (EMI) specified in Section 2.1.1; 2.1.2; 2.1.3 and 2.2.1 of QCVN19:2019/MOST before being circulated on the market.
From June 1st, 2021, products specified in the Appendix issued with QCVN 19:2019/BKHCN must meet all requirements specified in Section 2 of QCVN 19:2019/MOST before being circulating on the market.
Enterprises, organizations and individuals, who manufacture or import LED lighting products, are encouraged to meet the requirement of QCVN 19:2019/MOST from the effective date of this Circular.
