4. QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The quality management system of Phuc Gia Inspection Testing Center (Phuc Gia Lab) is consistent with the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard with the accredited management system for each specific business line.

On April 22^nd, 2019, Phuc Gia Laboratory was issued a certificate according to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by the Bureau of Accreditation (BOA) – Ministry of Science and Technology, with the number VILAS 1212.
Updating and expanding the scope of accreditation, on May 11^th, 2022, Phuc Gia Laboratory was accredited according to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by the Vietnam Accreditation Office (BOA) – Ministry of Science and Technology Technology issued with VILAS 1212 under Decision No. 450.2022/QD-VPCNCL.
On August 18^th, 2020, Phuc Gia Laboratory was issued a certificate according to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by the Vietnam Accreditation Institute (VACI) with the number VALAS 09
On September 6^th, 2021, Phuc Gia Laboratory was issued a certificate according to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by the Accreditation Office for Standards Conformity (AOSC) with the number VLAT 1.0388
