I. Main Content of Decision 1182/QĐ-BCT

According to Decision 1182/QĐ-BCT, the list of imported commodities (accompanied by HS codes) subject to specialized inspection under the management responsibility of the Ministry of Industry and Trade is promulgated in the attached Appendices 1, 2, and 3:

Appendix 1: List of commodities subject to specialized inspection regarding the quality of group 2 products and goods.
Appendix 2: List of commodities subject to specialized inspection regarding food safety.

– Appendix 2.1: List of processed milk products;

– Appendix 2.2: List of soft drinks, wine, beer, alcohol, and alcoholic beverages;

– Appendix 2.3: List of vegetable oil products and products processed from vegetable oils;

– Appendix 2.4: List of flour, starch, cakes, jams, and candies products.

Appendix 3: List of commodities subject to specialized inspection regarding energy efficiency.

II. Implementation Effectiveness

This Decision is effective from the date of signing.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 1325A/QĐ-BCT dated May 20, 2019, of the Minister of Industry and Trade on the promulgation of the List of commodities (accompanied by HS codes) subject to specialized inspection under the management responsibility of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
In case the legal documents cited in this Decision are amended or supplemented, the provisions of the corresponding newly issued documents shall apply.
