Decree No. 146/2025/NĐ-CP on the Delegation of Power and Decentralization in the Fields of Industry and Trade

On June 12, 2025, the Prime Minister issued Decree No. 146/2025/NĐ-CP prescribing the delegation of power and decentralization in the fields of industry and trade. This Decree adjusts the management of various sectors such as oil and gas, chemicals, tobacco business, alcohol business, industrial explosive materials, etc. This document takes effect from July 1, 2025.

According to Decree No. 146/2025/NĐ-CP, the designation of a Conformity Assessment Body and the recognition of conformity assessment results shall comply with Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP. Simultaneously, the issuance of registration certificates for the operation of a Conformity Assessment Body as prescribed in Decree No. 107/2016/NĐ-CP (formerly under the Ministry of Industry and Trade) will be performed by the provincial-level People’s Committees starting from July 1, 2025.
