Phuc Gia® is one of the units designated by the Ministry of Industry and Trade for energy efficiency testing of Televisions under the Registration Certificate for Energy Efficiency Testing No. 986/GCN-BCT. With a modern equipment system and a stringent measurement and inspection process, Phuc Gia® commits to providing accurate, objective, timely, and reliable energy efficiency test results for Televisions, meeting the current regulations on energy efficiency for household electrical and electronic products.

Scope of Application:

Based on Decision No. 14/2023/QD-TTg, Appendix I specifies the energy efficiency testing standard for Televisions:

TCVN 9536:2021 Regarding Televisions – Energy efficiency (effective from April 1, 2025)

An excerpt from Section 1 (Scope of Application) of TCVN 9536:2021 provides:

This standard applies to televisions (TVs) with a rated power below 1000 W, which include a receiver/tuner and a display integrated into the same enclosure.
Designed for receiving and displaying broadcast television signals from antenna, satellite, or cable sources.
This standard is also applicable to combined TV/VCR, TV/DVD, and TV/VCR/DVD units.
This standard does not apply to televisions that incorporate computer functions, OCAP, IP, or other television receivers featuring special functions.
This standard defines the minimum Energy Efficiency level (maximum power consumption) and the Energy Efficiency classification for televisions.

After obtaining the Energy Efficiency Test Report for Televisions, the enterprise will submit it along with the energy labeling registration dossier to the Ministry of Industry and Trade to carry out the energy labeling declaration. After completing the declaration procedures, the enterprise is permitted to self-affix the energy label in accordance with the information in the Form of Declaration of Energy Labeling.
