Not applicable to radio equipment manufactured, imported, or used for the national defense and security purposes of the armed forces.

CONTENTS OF CIRCULAR NO. 08/2021/TT-BTTTT ON THE RADIO DEVICES EXEMPT LIST OF RADIO FREQUENCY USAGE LICENSES AND ACCOMPANYING TECHNICAL AND OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS

EFFECTIVE DATE

Circular No. 08/2021/TT-BTTTT takes effect as of November 28, 2021, and replaces the following Circulars:

Circular No. 46/2016/TT-BTTTT stipulating the list of radio devices exempt from Radio Frequency Usage Licenses, along with accompanying technical and operational conditions.
