Starting from Decision No. 501/GCN-BTTTT in 2019, which authorized Lithium Battery testing per QCVN 101:2016/BTTTT, to recent decisions like 2278/QD-BTTTT in 2023 authorizing testing for Electrical safety for telecommunications and information technology terminal equipment per QCVN 132:2022/QD-BTTTT and IEC 62368-1:2018.

On November 19, 2019, the Phuc Gia Testing and Inspection – Phuc Gia Laboratory Corporation was designated by the Ministry of Information and Communications as a testing laboratory for Lithium Batteries for handheld devices per QCVN 101:2016/BTTTT and IEC 62133-2:2017, pursuant to Decision No. 501/GCN-BTTTT dated November 19, 2019. Accordingly, Phuc Gia Lab (VILAS 1212) was the second unit in Vietnam to be Designated for Lithium Battery testing per regulation QCVN 101:2016/BTTTT, effective November 19, 2019.
On September 29, 2020, the Phuc Gia Testing and Inspection – Phuc Gia Laboratory Corporation was designated by the Ministry of Information and Communications as a testing laboratory for Lithium Batteries for handheld devices per QCVN 101:2020/BTTTT and IEC 62133-2:2017, pursuant to Decision No. 1638/QD-BTTTT dated September 29, 2020.

On January 31, 2023, Phuc Gia Laboratory Corporation received the Registration Certificate for Testing Operations No. 49/GCN-BTTTT, issued by the Ministry of Information and Communications. This certificate officially recognizes that Phuc Gia Laboratory, a division of Phuc Gia Laboratory Corporation, has registered its testing operations for the electrical – electronic field.
On November 17, 2023, the Phuc Gia Testing and Inspection – Phuc Gia Laboratory Corporation was designated by the Ministry of Information and Communications as a testing laboratory. This designation covers Lithium Batteries for handheld devices per QCVN 101:2020/BTTTT and IEC 62133-2:2017, as well as Electrical safety for telecommunications and information technology terminal equipment per QCVN 132:2022/BTTTT and IEC 62368-1:2018, pursuant to Decision No. 2278/QD-BTTTT.
