INTRODUCTION TO PHUC GIA®

Phuc Gia Laboratory Corporation (Phuc Gia®) is a large-scale testing and certification organization in Vietnam, designated by Ministries and State Departments to perform conformity assessment activities serving State management and domestic and international manufacturing corporations for household, office, telecommunications, and information technology electrical and electronic devices.

In line with the expansion of our Company’s operations in the Cybersecurity field, we are seeking suitable candidates for the position of Cybersecurity Manager, according to the following information:

2. Job Description for Cybersecurity Manager

Develop, organize, and manage network security testing activities for IT equipment, network devices, Firewalls, IoT, and telecommunications equipment;
Directly participate in and perform quality control for Penetration Testing, security assessment, and vulnerability assessment activities…;
Research, implement, and update national and international standards and technical regulations related to network safety and security;
Establish testing procedures and evaluation methods in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 and the designation requirements of State management agencies;
Provide professional training and guidance for the Cybersecurity testing team;
Participate in providing technical consultancy to customers and working with regulatory agencies on professional activities when assigned;
Propose investments in equipment and technology to develop the network security testing field at Phuc Gia®.

3. Competency Requirements

Graduate in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Cryptography, or related fields.
Minimum of 05 years of practical experience in:

- Penetration Testing / Security Assessment;

- Network security assessment for network devices, Firewalls, IoT;
In-depth understanding of:

- Network Security, TCP/IP, Routing/Switching;

- Firewall, IDS/IPS, VPN, SSL/TLS;
- IoT Cyber Security / Embedded Security (an advantage).
Direct experience in penetration testing, vulnerability analysis, and practical security assessment.
Possession of international certificates such as: OSCP, OSWE (preferred), CISSP, CEH is an advantage.
Systemic thinking, careful, patient, and highly disciplined.
Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and commit to professional quality.

4. Benefits and Remuneration

Salary negotiated based on capability (highly competitive, from 30 million VND++ and above, unlimited for excellent candidates);
