Established on July 15, 2016, Phuc Gia® is a large-scale testing and certification organization in Vietnam, designated by Ministries, Departments, and Agencies to perform conformity assessment activities serving State management and domestic and international manufacturing corporations of household, office, telecommunications, and information technology electrical and electronic equipment.

With the orientation of developing and expanding the Company’s operational scale in the coming period, aimed at improving the quality of services provided to customers, we are currently looking to recruit additional personnel for the position of Certification Specialist, with specific requirements as follows:

Certification Specialist: 10 persons

2. Job Description for the Certification Specialist position at Phuc Gia®

Perform tasks related to certification assessment activities within the scope and fields licensed to the Company;
Conduct assessments according to programs, plans, procedures, processes, and regulations related to conformity and standard certification activities for various products, goods, and services according to assigned fields;
Research legal documents and regulations related to the Company’s operations and certification activities;
Research standards and technical regulations and compile documents to serve the work as assigned;
Provide guidance to customers and answer customer inquiries related to certification work;
Lead or participate in initiatives such as technical solutions, management solutions, operational solutions, or technical progress application solutions;
Research development and expand the capacity to perform certification assessments related to the functional areas and tasks of the unit as assigned;
Advise and propose relevant contents to continue promoting and improving the activities of the current working unit;
Participate in training, building, and applying the management system of the Company and the unit (ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 27001,…);
Perform other professional tasks as assigned by the Unit Leadership.

3. Competency Requirements for the Certification Specialist position at Phuc Gia®

Graduate from a full-time university (concentrated study for 08 semesters or more);
Majors: Electronics and Telecommunications, Automation, Electrical – Electronics, Mechatronics, Optics, Optoelectronics, or similar technical fields;
Possessing degrees or certificates from ISO/IEC 17065; ISO 19011; ISO 9001 courses is an advantage;
Ability to communicate, present documents, and convey information well. Careful and meticulous in work;
Basic understanding of the Company’s certification products and services;
Ability to use English is an advantage (can read and understand international standards as well as exchange testing information with customers and partners); Chinese communication ability is encouraged;
High sense of responsibility towards work, with the ability to research and develop;
Proficient in office information technology skills;
Ability to work independently and in teams; possess a good spirit of coordination in work.

4. Salary, Compensation and Benefits for the Certification Specialist position at Phuc Gia®

Income negotiated based on capacity and experience (Salary ranges from 10 million to 40 million, to be discussed specifically during the interview);
Full Social Insurance regime according to the provisions of the Labor Law;
12 days of annual leave per year (or converted to cash if 12 leave days are not fully used) and public holidays as regulated;

6. Working Hours

Monday – Friday:

Morning: 08:00 – 11:45;
Afternoon: 13:30 – 18:30.

Saturday:

Morning: 08:00 – 12:00.
