Phuc Gia Laboratory Corporation (Phuc Gia®) was established on July 15, 2016. Phuc Gia® is a Conformity Assessment Organization designated by Ministries, Departments, and Agencies to serve the Testing and Certification of imported and exported products and goods for State management; meeting the technical requirements of organizations and enterprises to improve product quality and safety while protecting consumer rights.

With the orientation of developing and expanding the Company’s operational scale in the coming period, aimed at improving the quality of services provided to customers, we are currently looking to recruit additional personnel for the position of Clerical Specialist, with specific requirements as follows:

1. Recruitment Quantity for the Clerical Specialist position at Phuc Gia®

Clerical Specialist: 02 persons

2. Job Description for the Clerical Specialist position

Manage and archive files and documents of the Company; Research and develop new testing methods;
Arrange and store documents, records, training and personnel files according to the company’s instructional procedures in a neat, scientific, and easy-to-find manner by category;
Classify, systematize, and index files and perform tasks related to the scientific arrangement of archived documents;
Receive and process incoming, outgoing, and internal official correspondence;
Receive and process the Company’s incoming/outgoing/internal official correspondence according to the official correspondence processing procedure;
Receive incoming/outgoing/internal official correspondence, log into records, stamp, number, and archive official correspondence, with reports to superiors;
Monitor the processing of official correspondence by units until completion, with reports;
Manage and use the Company’s seal according to seal usage regulations. Store originals/copies of stamped documents as regulated, and report to superiors;
Perform other professional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

3. Competency Requirements for the Clerical Specialist position

Graduate from Intermediate level or higher;
Major in Clerical Work, Archiving, or Archival Studies;
Proficient in office information technology skills;
Possess skills for effective and scientific work arrangement and management;
High sense of responsibility towards work;

4. Salary, Compensation and Benefits for the Clerical Specialist position

Income negotiated based on capacity and experience (Salary ranges from 8 million to 15 million, to be discussed specifically during the interview);
