Phuc Gia Laboratory Corporation was established on July 15, 2016. Phuc Gia® is a conformity assessment body designated by Ministries and Departments to provide Testing – Certification services for Exported and Imported Goods in Vietnam for State management; meeting the technical requirements of organizations and enterprises to improve product quality and safety and protect consumer interests.

With the orientation of developing and expanding the Company’s scale of operations in the coming time, in order to improve the quality of services provided to customers, we currently have a need to recruit additional Marketing specialist positions, with specific requirements as follows:

1. Quantity of Recruitment for the Marketing Specialist position

2. Job Description for the the Marketing Specialist position

Manage content on website, FB Fanpage, ensuring consistency between brand and product;
Use supporting tools to well manage online channels such as SEO, social network accounts, Email…;
Plan advertising implementation to increase brand recognition through Google Ad, Ad network, FB…;
Coordinate with sales department staff to implement advertising and promotional programs… to enhance the company brand;
Build an appropriate SEO strategy consistent with the budget as well as the company’s business type;
Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

3. Competency Requirements

Male, Female under 35 years old;
Graduated from Junior College or higher;
Have at least 01 year of experience in Online Marketing or equivalent position (Having experience is an advantage);
Proficient and in-depth understanding of online Marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Social media, Forum seeding, Email Marketing, Analytics,…) and offline (TVC, press…);
Ability to build short-term and long-term strategies;
Ability to analyze data, allocate groups, and optimize group operations;
Agile, dynamic, hard-working, enthusiastic, able to withstand high work pressure;
Good communication skills.

4. Salary and Compensation

Starting salary: 10,000,000 VND – 25,000,000 VND/month (depending on ability, can be further negotiated)
Responsibility bonuses, year-end bonuses, holidays, Tet, birthdays, weddings/funerals, etc.;
Full Social Insurance (BHXH) regime according to the provisions of the Labor Law;
12 days of annual leave (or converted to cash if all 12 days are not used) and public holidays/Tet holidays according to regulations;
