INTRODUCTION TO PHUC GIA®

Phuc Gia Laboratory Corporation is a large-scale testing – certification organization in Vietnam, designated by Ministries and Departments to perform conformity assessment activities for State management and domestic and international corporations manufacturing electrical – electronic household appliances, office equipment, telecommunications, and information technology.

Recruitment: Cybersecurity Manager

Along with the expansion of the Company’s scale of operations, Phuc Gia® is looking for suitable candidates for the Quality Management Employee position, according to the following information:

1. Recruitment Quantity for the Quality Management Employee Position

  • Quality Management Employee: 02 people

2. Job Description for the Quality Management Employee Position

  • Advise on the selection, construction, and application of management systems and quality improvement tools serving the Company’s operations;
  • Update management systems and quality improvement tools and propose measures for application and improvement to serve the Company’s operations;
  • Preside over the implementation of building and applying management systems and quality improvement tools suitable to the needs and operations of the Company such as ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17021, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17065, ISO 27001, 5S…;
  • Guide units in the Company to build and apply management systems and quality improvement tools;
  • Inspect and control the Company’s professional documents such as testing results, certification results… and propose appropriate repairs and changes before issuance;
  • Monitor, update, and ensure the operational validity of registration and application for designation to provide testing and certification services…;
  • Perform surveys, monitoring, measurement, statistics, and reporting on customer satisfaction as well as needs for service quality improvement; coordinate the handling of complaints, appeals, or requests for review related to service quality;
  • Act as the focal point for organizing internal audits and management reviews of the Company’s management system;
  • Perform the role of quality assurance in all operations of the Company, controlling and evaluating the quality of the Company’s services;
  • Act as the focal point for implementing dossiers applying management standards and advanced quality improvement tools such as ISO and IEC standards…;
  • Perform other professional tasks as assigned by the Unit Leader.

3. Competency Requirements

  • Degree: Graduated from a regular university (concentrated study at the university for 08 semesters or more);
  • Major: Majors in economics and technical technology;
  • Ability to communicate, present documents, and convey information well. Be careful and meticulous in work;
  • Basic understanding of the Company’s certification products and services;
  • Have a high sense of responsibility for work;
  • Proficient in Office IT skills;
  • Ability to work independently and in groups; have a good spirit of coordination in work.

4. Salary and Compensation

  • Salary negotiated according to ability and experience (Salary ranges from 10 million to 20 million, specifically discussed during the interview process);
  • Full Social Insurance (BHXH) regime according to the provisions of the Labor Law;
  • 12 days of annual leave (or converted to cash if not used) and public holidays/Tet holidays according to regulations;
  • Trained to fully develop professional skills;

6. Working Hours

  • Morning (Monday – Saturday): 8:00 – 11:45;
  • Afternoon (Monday – Friday): 13:30 – 18:30.
