According to the regulations of the Ministry of Science and Technology, products classified as String Lights under QCVN 19:2019/BKHCN must undergo procedures for Testing, Certification of Conformity, and/or Declaration of Conformity, and must be labeled with the conformity mark before being placed on the market.

1. What are String Lights?

Luminaires comprising an assembly of lamp holders connected in series, parallel, or a series/parallel combination, and interconnected with insulated conductors.

2. What is the scope of application for String Lights under QCVN 19:2019/BKHCN?

String Lights equipped with incandescent lamps connected in series, parallel, or a combination of both for indoor or outdoor use with a supply voltage not exceeding 250 V.
