Certificate No. 3617/TĐC-HCHQ on Testing Activities Registration in Vietnam

On December 13, 2022, the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality – Ministry of Science and Technology granted Testing Activities Registration Certificate No. 3617/TĐC-HCHQ to Phuc Gia Lab, regarding the addition of multi-disciplinary integrated testing activities in the electrical – electronic field. The accredited scope includes products, goods, and corresponding tests according to QCVN 19:2019/BKHCN and QCVN 9:2012/BKHCN.

Specifically, Phuc Gia® is designated to test the following products, goods, and corresponding tests:

– Electrical safety: Fixed general-purpose luminaires (surface-mounted – recessed), Luminaires for road and street lighting, Portable general-purpose luminaires, Floodlights, Self-ballasted LED lamps for general lighting services operating at voltages greater than 50V, Double-capped LED lamps designed to replace linear fluorescent lamps.

– Photobiological safety: Lamps and lamp systems.

– Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) for household electrical and electronic equipment and similar purposes using 1-phase input power, rated input current limit ≤ 32A: Hand-held motor-operated electric drills, Vacuum cleaners, Refrigerators, freezers, Air conditioners, Hairdryers, Blenders, meat grinders, fruit juicers, egg beaters, Electric stoves (including induction hobs), Instantaneous electric water heaters (direct water heaters), Washing machines/ Clothes dryers, Microwave ovens (including combination types).

– Electromagnetic Interference (EMI): LED lamps/ Self-ballasted lamps and luminaires.

– Electromagnetic Immunity (EMS): General lighting equipment.
