On October 28, 2021, Phuc Gia Laboratory was granted the Registration Certificate for Testing Operations for multi-sector synthesis in the Electrical and Electronic field (for corresponding products, goods, and tests) by the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality (STAMEQ) – Ministry of Science and Technology, based on:

Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2016/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2016, of the Government providing regulations on conditions for business services and conformity assessment, and Decree No. 154/2018/NĐ-CP dated November 9, 2018, of the Government amending, supplementing, and abolishing several regulations and conditions on investment and business conditions under the state management of the Ministry of Science and Technology and several regulations on specialized inspection.
Pursuant to Decision No. 08/2019/QĐ-TTg dated February 15, 2019, of the Prime Minister defining the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality under the Ministry of Science and Technology.
