Phuc Gia® is the first private unit to invest in an AC Energy Efficiency testing chamber with a capacity of up to 60,000 Btu/h (the largest in Vietnam at the current time) according to the Enthalpy testing method. Thanks to this modern and periodically calibrated testing chamber system, the AC Energy Efficiency test reports performed by Phuc Gia® are always accurate, objective, timely, and reliable, fully complying with technical requirements according to current regulations and suitable for many types of air conditioners on the market today.

Air conditioners belong to the group of means and equipment that must have energy labels applied and meet minimum energy efficiency levels according to Decision 04/2017/QĐ-TTg. Accordingly, after obtaining the AC Energy Efficiency Test Reports, the enterprise will submit them along with the energy labeling registration dossier to the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) to perform the energy labeling declaration. After completing the declaration procedure, the enterprise is allowed to self-affix energy labels consistent with the information in the Energy Labeling Declaration Certificate.

In addition to AC Energy Efficiency testing, enterprises must also comply with electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements according to QCVN 9:2012/BKHCN issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
