Circular 64/2025/TT-BTC Regulating Collection Rates and Exemptions for Certain Fees and Charges to Support Enterprises and Citizens

Circular 64/2025/TT-BTC is a document regulating the collection rates and exemptions of certain fees and charges to support enterprises and citizens, issued by the Ministry of Finance on June 30, 2025. Accordingly, from July 01, 2025, until the end of December 31, 2026, a collection rate equal to 50% of the rates specified in the original Circulars shall apply to the fees and charges listed in detail within this Circular.

During the implementation of Circular 64/2025/TT-BTC, should any difficulties arise, organizations and individuals are requested to report them promptly to the Ministry of Finance for research and supplemental guidance. Note that from January 01, 2027, onwards, the collection rates for the fees and charges specified in the aforementioned Schedule shall be implemented according to the regulations in the original Circulars and any amending, supplementing, or replacing Circulars (if any).
