On September 18, 2020, the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality (STAMEQ) – Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) issued Decision No. 3084/QD-TDC, designating Phuc Gia Laboratory Corporation (Phuc Gia Lab) as a testing laboratory. The designation authorizes the execution of multi-sector testing operations within the electrical – electronic field, encompassing technical criteria for electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) as part of its authorized LED Lamp Testing services for LED-based lighting products, ensuring full compliance with the national technical regulation QCVN 19:2019/BKHCN and current legal provisions related to product and goods quality management, applicable to the products, goods, and corresponding tests specified in the accompanying Appendix list;
On December 15, 2020, the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality (STAMEQ) – Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) issued Decision No. 2483/QD-TDC, designating Phuc Gia Lab to conduct multi-sector testing operations in the electrical – electronic field. This scope, central to its LED Lamp Testing operations, includes technical criteria for electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) for LED-based lighting products, in accordance with the national technical regulation QCVN 19:2019/BKHCN and current legal regulations pertaining to product and goods quality management, for the products, goods, and corresponding tests detailed in the accompanying Appendix list;
On October 28, 2021, the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality (STAMEQ) – Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) issued Decision No. 1951/QD-TDC, designating Phuc Gia Lab as a testing laboratory. This designation covers multi-sector testing operations in the electrical – electronic field, including an expanded scope of LED Lamp Testing criteria such as electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), electromagnetic immunity, and photobiological safety for lighting products, in full accordance with the national technical regulation QCVN 19:2019/BKHCN and current legal regulations governing the quality management of products and goods, for the products, goods, and corresponding tests listed in the accompanying Appendix;
On December 13, 2022, the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality (STAMEQ) – Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) issued Decision No. 2117/QD-TDC, designating Phuc Gia Lab as a testing laboratory.
