Signing Ceremony of Cooperation Agreement Between Phuc Gia and TÜV Rheinland

On December 18, 2025, Phuc Gia Laboratory Corporation and TÜV Rheinland signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding cooperation and support for the development of testing, inspection, and certification services for the Vietnamese, German, and Chinese markets, as well as other countries.

Attending the signing ceremony, on behalf of Phuc Gia Laboratory Corporation, were Mr. Le Tuan Hieu (Chairman of the Board of Directors); Ms. Mai Thi Van (General Director); Mr. Le Manh Tien (Director of the Inspection Testing Center); Mr. Nguyen Phu Quoc (Director of the Certification Center); Mr. Nguyen Thai Binh (Director of the Calibration Center); and representatives of affiliated units, centers, and relevant departments.

On behalf of TÜV Rheinland, there were Mr. Ton That Kiem (General Director of TÜV Rheinland Vietnam); Mr. Homy Wu (Vice General Manager – TÜV Rheinland Shenzhen, China); Mr. Thimo Sauter (Local Field Manager, TÜV Rheinland Vietnam); Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Chan (Section Manager, TÜV Rheinland Vietnam); and representatives of relevant departments and divisions.

TÜV Rheinland Vietnam has provided independent inspection, testing, certification, and training services in Vietnam since 2001, helping to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with international standards for products, systems, manufacturing processes, and supply chains, protecting consumers and businesses from technical risks.

The cooperation agreement signing ceremony between Phuc Gia and TÜV marks a significant step forward in strengthening close cooperation between domestic and international testing and certification organizations in Vietnam. The partnership is built on a spirit of open exchange, mutual respect, and a shared goal of harmonizing national and international standards and regulations.

During the working process, TÜV Rheinland expressed a strong impression of Phuc Gia’s comprehensive capabilities, ranging from infrastructure and equipment to a well-trained, highly professional team.

Mr. Ton That Kiem (General Director of TÜV Rheinland Vietnam) shared that both Phuc Gia and TÜV Rheinland play the role of technical bridges, helping Vietnamese products access international markets and global products comply with Vietnamese regulations. With TÜV Rheinland’s strengths in the international market and Phuc Gia’s strengths in the Vietnamese market, the cooperation between the two sides is of particular importance in helping businesses easily comply with global and Vietnamese regulations alike.

Mr. Homy Wu (Vice General Manager – TÜV Rheinland Shenzhen, China) affirmed that TÜV Rheinland is always ready to support and accompany Phuc Gia in expanding into future fields such as AI, software, cyber security, etc.

Mr. Ton That Kiem expressed special expectations for the opportunity to cooperate with Phuc Gia to open up many new markets for both sides, with the ultimate goal of ensuring national interests and accompanying businesses in the process of international integration.

Agreeing with the views of TÜV Rheinland’s representatives, Mr. Le Tuan Hieu (Chairman of the Board of Directors of Phuc Gia) also affirmed that TÜV is one of Phuc Gia’s important strategic partners. He believes that the cooperation between the two parties will help improve testing and certification capabilities and promote quality standards for electrical and electronic products and equipment in the Vietnamese and international markets.

The cooperation between Phuc Gia and TÜV Rheinland is built on a consensus regarding goals: protecting consumers, protecting national interests, and striving toward a safer world.

The cooperation agreement signing ceremony between Phuc Gia and TÜV Rheinland marks an important milestone in global connectivity within the field of conformity assessment.
