Registration Certificate for Certification Activities No. 3995/GCN-SKHCN

The Phuc Gia Certification Center – Phuc Gia Laboratory Corporation has been granted the Registration Certificate for Certification Activities No. 3995/GCN-SKHCN by the Department of Science and Technology, dated September 25, 2025. Accordingly, Phuc Gia® is permitted to perform product and goods certification for Technical regulation Compliance with QCVN 9:2012/BKHCN, QCVN 19:2019/BKHCN, QCVN 4:2009/BKHCN, and QCVN 25:2025/BKHCN.

According to the Certificate of Registration for Certification Activities No. 3995/GCN-SKHCN, Phuc Gia® has been granted an expansion of its certification scope with two technical regulations: QCVN 4:2009/BKHCN and QCVN 25:2025/BKHCN. This brings the total certification scope to 31 household and office electrical-electronic devices and products, significantly expanding the scope of certification activities. This is an important step forward, affirming Phuc Gia’s professional competence and reputation in accompanying businesses to comply with current legal regulations and technical standards.

The new Certificate (No. 3995/GCN-SKHCN) adds 23 new products, spanning many different electrical – electronic fields, focusing mainly on two groups:

Household Electrical – Electronic Appliances (QCVN 4:2009/BKHCN): Instantaneous water heaters; Electric water boilers and storage heaters; Hair dryers and other hair-dressing appliances; Kettles; Electric rice cookers; Electric fans; Electric irons; Microwave ovens; Electric ovens, portable electric grills; Electric wires and cables; Immersion water heaters; Tea/coffee makers; Hand dryers.
Electrical Equipment for Household and Similar Electrical Installations (QCVN 25:2025/BKHCN): Socket-outlets for household use (≤ 32A); Plugs for household use (≤ 32A); Socket-outlet adaptors for household use (≤ 32A); Cord extension sets for household use (≤ 32A); Electrical switches for household use (≤ 20A); RCCB circuit breakers (no overcurrent protection, ≤ 63A); MCB circuit breakers (overcurrent protection, ≤ 63A); RCBO circuit breakers (integrated RCCB + overcurrent protection, ≤ 63A).
