On February 25, 2026, the Ministry of Public Security issued Decision No. 933/QĐ-V04, designating Phuc Gia Certification Center – Phuc Gia Laboratory Corporation to perform Certification for IP Surveillance Camera Equipment in accordance with the National Technical Regulation QCVN 135:2024/BTTTT.

2. Certificate of registration for certification activities No. 932/V04-GCN for Certification for IP Surveillance Camera Equipment

On February 25, 2026, Phuc Gia Certification Center – Phuc Gia Laboratory Corporation was granted the Certificate of registration for certification activities No. 932/V04-GCN by the Department of Science, Strategy and History of Public Security – Ministry of Public Security for the Certification for IP Surveillance Camera Equipment in accordance with QCVN 135:2024/BTTTT.

Accordingly, Phuc Gia® is permitted to perform certification activities for Internet Protocol surveillance camera equipment products according to the following methods:
