Decision No. 4051/QĐ-BKHCN on the Designation of a Conformity Assessment Body

On December 5, 2025, the Ministry of Science and Technology issued Decision No. 4051/QĐ-BKHCN, designating Phuc Gia Laboratory Corporation (Phuc Gia®) to perform certification activities for electrical equipment used in household installations and similar electrical systems in accordance with QCVN 25:2025/BKHCN.

Phuc Gia® is designated by the Ministry of Science and Technology to perform certification of products and goods in accordance with the corresponding National Technical Regulations (The list of designated products and goods is provided in the Appendix attached to this Decision).

Accordingly, Phuc Gia® is designated by the Ministry of Science and Technology to perform certification activities for the following products:

Decision No. 4051/QĐ-BKHCN is valid until September 25, 2030, effective from the date of signing. Phuc Gia Testing Joint Stock Company is responsible for performing certification activities in support of state management upon request, must comply with the regulations and guidelines of competent state authorities, and bears full responsibility for the results of the conformity assessments it conducts.
