With a state-of-the-art equipment system and a rigorous measurement and inspection process, Phuc Gia® is committed to delivering an accurate, objective, timely, and reliable Test Report for Desktop Computers, fully meeting current regulations on energy efficiency for household and office electrical – electronic products.

Scope of application:

Based on Decision No. 14/2023/QĐ-TTg, Appendix I stipulates the testing standard for energy efficiency of desktop computers is:

TCVN 13371:2021 regarding Desktop computers – Energy efficiency

An excerpt from Section 1 (Scope of application) of TCVN 13371:2021 specifies: “This standard specifies the energy efficiency levels and method for determining energy consumption for desktop computers, including integrated computers, and are collectively referred to as desktop computers in this standard.”

Note: This standard does not apply to point of sale (POS) computers, workstations, or guest computers.

Requirements for energy efficiency:

The Test Report for Desktop Computers is based on results determined by specific technical requirements for Sleep Mode Activation Time (including system and display sleep modes) and Typical Energy Consumption (Minimum Energy Performance Standard MEPS), ensuring the equipment operates efficiently and saves energy. The specific requirements are as follows:

The system sleep mode activation time must not exceed 30 min;
The display sleep mode activation time must not exceed 15 min;
The Typical Energy Consumption (TEC) of the desktop computer must be less than or equal to the maximum Typical Energy Consumption (TEC_max).

The final Test Report for Desktop Computers must, at a minimum, contain the information specified in 5.10 of TCVN 11847 (IEC 62623).
