Circular No. 06/2020/TT-BKHCN – Quality Inspection of Products and Goods Potentially Causing Unsafe Conditions

The Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) has just promulgated Circular 06/2020/TT-BKHCN – Quality Inspection of Products and Goods Potentially Causing Unsafe Conditions, detailing and providing measures for the implementation of several articles of Government Decree No. 132/2008/ND-CP dated December 31, 2008; Decree No. 74/2018/ND-CP dated May 15, 2018; Decree No. 154/2018/ND-CP dated November 09, 2018; and Decree No. 119/2017/ND-CP dated November 01, 2017.

Circular 06/2020/TT-BKHCN stipulates details and implementation measures for several articles of the Decrees regarding the quality management of “Group 2” products and goods during production and importation, as well as remedial measures for consequences when administrative violation penalties are imposed in the case of imported goods.
