The Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) has officially released Circular 56/2025/TT-BKHCN, introducing the updated QCVN 19:2025/BKHCN. This National Technical Regulation establishes essential standards for the safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of LED lighting products. Effective as of June 1, 2026, QCVN 19:2025/BKHCN will supersede the previous QCVN 19:2019/BKHCN, serving as the mandatory benchmark for technical regulation compliance in the lighting industry.
